Verify that Parameter P01 (Encoder Data A1) for Axis 1 accurately reflects the total number of revolutions of the absolute encoder.
Adjust the programmed travel limits (e.g., Parameters 11 and 12 for Axis 1) to ensure they are within the absolute encoder's operational range.
Inspect the mechanical system of Axis 1 for any overtravel, binding, or obstructions that would cause it to exceed the encoder's limits.
If a discrepancy exists, compare the value stored in Parameter P01 with the information on the absolute encoder's nameplate.
