This serial communication error occurs when the program command transmitted to the CLM01.3-M contains an invalid program block number. The block number sent via serial interface must be between 000 and 999.

Verify that the program block number being transmitted is between 000 and 999. Refer to Chapter 7 (Serial Interface) for the correct command format.
Correct the program block number in the transmitted serial command to be within the valid range.
Check the serial communication link (RS-232/422/485) for noise, interference, or incorrect cabling that could corrupt data.
Re-transmit the program command after verifying the block number and overall command format.
Ensure the sending device's software generates program block numbers correctly according to the CLM01.3-M specifications.
