Re-verify the path by attempting to visualize it or checking its properties through the OnRobot software interface on the KUKA HMI or the Compute Box webpage.
Confirm the recording process: ensure that the KUKA robot was physically moved along the desired path while 'Start Path Recording' was active and 'Stop Path Recording' was pressed afterwards (pages 20-21).
Re-record the path, paying close attention to all recording steps to ensure valid movements are captured and saved properly.
Check the storage capacity of the Compute Box to ensure there is enough space for path data and that no storage errors occurred.
If the path was imported, re-export the original path file from its source and re-import it to the Compute Box to rule out transfer issues.
