The PWR/3.3V LED for the CIB_SR module on the KUKA KRC4 Sunrise Cabinet Med Controller is OFF, indicating an absence of the 3.3V supply voltage. This condition prevents the CIB_SR module from operating correctly.

• Blown fuse F17.3, which protects the CIB_SR power supply.
• Missing or improperly seated jumper plug X308.
• Blown fuse F308, especially if an external supply is used.
• Failure of the external 24 V power supply connected via X308.
