26047
Power supply failure, KPP/KSP (axis)
Kuka · KR C4 Operating Instructions
What does 26047 mean?
The supply voltage for the KPP/KSP device has fallen below 300 V. This indicates an undervoltage condition on the power supply to the drive, which can prevent proper operation or lead to protective shutdown.
Common Causes
- The internal power supply unit of the KPP/KSP drive has failed.
- External DC power supply required by the KPP/KSP is out of range.
- Voltage regulator failure within the KPP/KSP.
- Short circuit on the KPP/KSP internal power rails.
- Overload condition on the KPP/KSP power output.
Repair Steps & Checklist
Click steps to track your progress.
- 1
Check the power lead connected to the KPP for disconnections or physical damage.
- 2
Inspect the KPP cabling for loose or damaged connections, ensuring secure contacts.
- 3
Reinitialize the drive bus by performing a Power Off / Power On cycle of the entire system.
- 4
Check the KPP module itself for internal faults if input voltage is verified correct.
