PR0

Lenze · 9300 Series

What does 075 mean?

An error exists in the parameter set, often triggered after an operating system software update. The device automatically loads the Lenze default settings.

Common Causes

  • Incomplete/corrupt firmware update: The operating system (OS) software update process was interrupted or failed, resulting in an inconsistent firmware version or corrupted parameter storage structure.
  • Parameter incompatibility: The new OS firmware version has a different parameter structure or range, making the previously saved parameter set incompatible.
  • Power fluctuation during update: Unstable power supply occurred during the critical phase of writing the new OS firmware or parameters, leading to data corruption.
  • Internal memory wear/fault: The non-volatile memory (e.g., EEPROM, Flash) storing the parameters has reached its write endurance limit or has a physical defect.

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

Confirm that the operating system software update completed successfully and that the new firmware version is correctly reported (e.g., parameter P0-01).

  2. 2

Reload the parameter set (e.g., using a backup via keypad or communication software) after the device has automatically loaded default settings, ensuring it's compatible with the new OS.

  3. 3

If the error persists after reloading a known-good, compatible parameter set, perform a full factory reset (e.g., P0-10 = 110) and then re-enter essential parameters manually.

  4. 4

Verify the stability of the control voltage supply (e.g., 24VDC) during device startup and parameter write operations to prevent write errors.
