The rotor position adjustment was canceled, possibly due to an Sd7 or Sd8 error occurring during the adjustment with an absolute value encoder. This error is saved with mains failure protection.
Click steps to track your progress.
Clear any active or pending encoder-related faults (e.g., Sd7, Sd8) first, then re-initiate the rotor position adjustment (e.g., using P0-10 or dedicated commissioning wizard).
Mechanically inspect the motor and connected load to ensure there are no physical obstructions or excessive friction preventing smooth rotation during the adjustment.
Verify all motor nameplate parameters (e.g., P3-01 to P3-06 for motor type, rated current, voltage, speed) are correctly entered into the drive.
Temporarily increase the drive's current limit (e.g., P2-01) or ensure sufficient torque is available to complete the rotor position adjustment, then reset to normal.
Monitor the control voltage supply (e.g., 24VDC) to the drive during the rotor position adjustment procedure to ensure stability and prevent unexpected resets.
