The sensor for detecting the heatsink temperature is indicating undefined values. This suggests a fault with the sensor or its connection, leading to unreliable temperature monitoring.

Common Causes

  • Heatsink temperature sensor (e.g., NTC thermistor, PT100) has failed internally or is physically damaged.
  • Wiring harness from the heatsink sensor to the main control board (e.g., X12 connector) is loose, disconnected, or corroded.
  • Input circuit on the control board responsible for reading the heatsink temperature sensor has malfunctioned.
  • High levels of electrical noise on the sensor signal lines due to insufficient shielding or improper cable routing near power conductors.
