What does H11 mean?

The sensor for detecting the internal temperature of the controller is indicating undefined values. This prevents accurate monitoring of the internal component temperature, risking damage from overheating.

• Failure of the internal control board temperature sensor, sending an invalid signal.
• Intermittent connection or damage to the sensor on the control board due to vibration or manufacturing defect.
• Corruption of the analog-to-digital converter (ADC) or processing logic on the control board responsible for reading the sensor.
• Excessive internal heat buildup in the enclosure leading to sensor malfunction or damage, even if the heatsink is cool.

   Power cycle the drive (disconnect mains, wait 5 minutes) to reset the internal monitoring circuits.

   Ensure the ambient temperature around the drive is within the specified operating limits (e.g., 0-50°C) as per the datasheet.

   Inspect the control board for any visible damage or signs of overheating, particularly around the temperature sensor component (often a small SMD thermistor).
