The motor speed is out of the tolerance margin defined by C0576. This typically occurs due to an excessively high active load (e.g., in hoists) or mechanical blockades, preventing the drive from achieving the commanded speed.
Click steps to track your progress.
Reduce the mechanical load on the motor and observe if the speed error clears; verify the application's torque requirements are within motor limits.
Inspect the motor, gearbox, and connected mechanical system for any binding, damage, or blockades.
Adjust speed controller tuning parameters (P1-10, P1-11) by increasing P-gain and/or I-gain in small increments to improve responsiveness.
Verify the integrity of the motor feedback sensor (encoder/resolver) cabling (e.g., at X7 or X9) and signal quality using an oscilloscope.
Check motor parameters (P3-00 to P3-04) against the motor nameplate data, especially motor nominal current and rated speed.
Increase the speed error tolerance margin C0576 temporarily for diagnostic purposes, then retune the controller for stricter limits.
