The parameter settings stored in the memory module do not precisely match the current inverter hardware configuration, even though they were loaded into RAM as compatible. User acceptance of these settings is required.
Click steps to track your progress.
1. Carefully read and confirm the acceptance prompt displayed on the drive's HMI or programming software, acknowledging the detected parameter differences.
2. After accepting the EPM data, thoroughly review critical drive parameters (e.g., motor data P2-10 to P2-16, ramp times P1-05/P1-06, control mode P1-01) for accuracy.
3. Perform a controlled, low-speed, and low-load test run of the motor and application while closely monitoring drive output current (P3-01) and motor speed (P3-02).
4. Use the drive's software tool to compare the loaded parameters against a known good parameter set for the exact inverter hardware configuration to identify discrepancies.
5. If unexpected behavior occurs, back up the EPM data, then perform a factory reset (e.g., P99.02=1) and reload parameters specific to the current inverter hardware.
