What does E. 5 mean?

This fault indicates a malfunction of the FR-A800's central processing unit (CPU). A CPU fault can cause the inverter to stop functioning entirely or behave erratically, preventing normal operation and control.

• Internal malfunction or corruption within the FR-A800's CPU.
• Severe electrical noise or interference affecting the CPU's operation.
• Hardware defect or damage to the CPU or its associated components on the control board.
• Firmware corruption or inconsistencies affecting CPU execution.

   Perform a power cycle of the FR-A800 inverter by turning OFF both the main and control power, waiting a few minutes, then turning them back ON.
