What does E.5 to E.7 mean?

These codes (E.5, E.6, E.7) indicate general internal circuit faults within the FR-A800/A800 Plus Series drive. They typically point to unexpected conditions within the drive's control logic or hardware that do not fall under more specific fault categories.

• Internal control circuit malfunction or component failure.
• Electromagnetic interference (EMI) or transient events affecting internal logic.
• Software or firmware errors within the drive's operating system.
• Power supply fluctuations to the control circuitry.
• Overheating of internal components not specifically covered by thermal protection.

   Perform a complete power cycle of the FR-A800/A800 Plus Series drive, removing both main and control power for a minimum of 5 minutes before reapplying.

   Check for stable incoming power supply to the drive and verify proper grounding.

   Ensure the operating environment is within specified temperature limits and that cooling fans are operating correctly (refer to cooling fan (q) on page 17).

   Inspect the control circuit boards and connections within the drive for any visible damage, loose components, or signs of contamination.
