092

Free Setting V/f Frequency 7 Exceeds Lower Limit

Omron · MX2 Inverter

What does 092 mean?

This warning indicates that the seventh point of the free setting V/f curve (b112) is set higher than the frequency lower limit (A062). This creates an inconsistent lower boundary for the V/f characteristic, potentially restricting the minimum V/f output.

Common Causes

  • Parameter b112 (Free setting V/f curve frequency point 7) is configured with a value exceeding parameter A062 (Frequency lower limit), creating a logical inconsistency.
  • The V/f curve's maximum frequency point (b112) is set above the configured minimum operational frequency (A062) for the drive.
  • During parameter tuning, A062 was set to an inappropriately low value relative to the intended frequency range defined by b112.

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

Read the current value of parameter b112 (Free setting V/f curve frequency point 7) and parameter A062 (Frequency lower limit) from the HMI or control software.

  2. 2

Adjust parameter b112 to be less than or equal to the desired A062, ensuring the V/f curve point respects the frequency lower limit.

  3. 3

Alternatively, if a higher lower limit is intended for operation, increase parameter A062 to a value greater than or equal to b112, based on application requirements.

  4. 4

Store the updated parameters in the drive's memory and then perform an inverter reset to apply the changes.
