What does 404 mean?

A large current error existed for ½ second, indicating an open circuit within the motor armature path. This prevents proper motor operation.

Common Causes

  • Blown DC link fuse F4.
  • Open motor armature circuit wiring.
  • Open power poles in the DC loop contactor.
