SAFETY CIRCUIT FAULT

What does 405 mean?

The Safety Circuit, wired between TB3-1 and TB3-6 on Power Supply A4, was not closed for 100 milliseconds before a “Drive Run” command, or it opened unexpectedly while the loop contactor was closed.

Common Causes

  • Safety Circuit between TB3-1 and TB3-6 not closed before a “Drive Run” command.
  • Safety Circuit opened unexpectedly while the loop contactor was closed.
  • Intermittent connections in the Safety Chain.

    Check for intermittent connections in the Safety Chain.
