What does 404 mean?

This fault occurs when a large current error is detected in the armature circuit and persists for half a second. This indicates a break in the armature current path.

Common Causes

  • Open DC link fuse F4.
  • Break or poor connection in the motor armature circuit wiring.
  • Faulty or open power poles within the DC loop contactor.
