Low read-back volts from motor armature circuit.

What does 937 mean?

This fault indicates that a low voltage read-back is detected from the motor armature circuit. This can occur during Self-Tune (Function #997) or Self-Diagnostic (Function #998).

Common Causes

  • Missing or reversed wires connected to the armature voltage feedback at A2TB5-1 and A2TB5-2.
  • Component problem where the feedback voltage divider ratio does not match the one identified in the Cube ID PCB.
