This Automatic Fault occurs when the gateway device is not receiving State of Charge (SOC) data from the external BMS or Battery Monitor. This prevents the XW Pro from displaying or utilizing accurate battery charge information.

1. Verify that the external Battery Management System (BMS) or Battery Monitor is powered on and functioning correctly (e.g., its display shows SOC).
2. Inspect the communication cable (e.g., CAN bus, RS485) between the external BMS/Monitor and the gateway for physical integrity and proper termination.
3. Access the gateway device's configuration interface and confirm that the correct external BMS/Monitor device is selected and its communication parameters (e.g., address) are set correctly.
4. Power cycle the external BMS/Monitor and the gateway device in sequence to reset communication modules.
5. Check for any firmware updates for the gateway or external BMS/Monitor that specifically address communication stability issues.
