This Automatic Fault indicates that communication with the gateway device has been lost. This is a critical communication error that can hinder overall system monitoring and control.

1. Verify that the gateway device is powered on and its status LEDs (e.g., power, network activity) indicate normal operation.
2. Inspect the communication cable (e.g., Ethernet cable) connecting the XW Pro to the gateway for damage and ensure it is securely plugged into both devices.
3. Ping the IP address of the gateway device from a connected network device (e.g., laptop) to verify network connectivity.
4. Power cycle the gateway device and the XW Pro inverter to reset their communication modules.
5. Review the network settings on both the XW Pro (e.g., Parameter C1-05, C1-06) and the gateway device to ensure correct IP addresses and subnet masks.
