Mains phase failure

SEW Eurodrive · Drives

What does 06 mean?

A phase failure has been detected in the main supply system. This error can only be reliably detected when the drive is operating under load, as the current draw allows for identification of a missing phase.

Common Causes

  • Interruption or loss of one or more phases in the supply system cable connected to the MOVIMOT® drive.

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

Check the supply system cable for any signs of phase failure, including broken conductors or loose connections.

  2. 2

Verify that all three phases of the mains supply are present and within specified voltage tolerances.

  3. 3

Reset the error by switching off the DC 24 V supply voltage to the MOVIMOT® or by initiating a software error reset.
