An internal system malfunction has occurred within the inverter electronics, potentially influenced by electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) issues. This fault causes an immediate switch-off and inhibits operation, signifying a critical internal hardware or software problem that requires expert attention.
Click steps to track your progress.
Isolate the inverter from external control signals (e.g., remove I/O wiring) and attempt to power it up and reset, then reintroduce signals one by one.
Measure the internal DC-DC converter output voltages (if accessible and safe) on the control board to verify stable power for digital logic.
Reset the inverter to factory default parameters (e.g., P0-00 = 1) and re-enter only essential settings to rule out a parameter conflict.
Ensure proper cable shielding and grounding practices are followed for all control wiring connected to the inverter, especially for fieldbus communication.
Log any external events (e.g., motor starts, contactor switching, fieldbus commands) that coincide with the fault to identify potential triggers.
