What does 45 mean?

This fault indicates that the MOVIFIT unit was unable to automatically detect or recognize the sequence of the incoming three-phase power supply during its initialization phase. This prevents the unit from starting correctly and is typically due to incorrect wiring of the grid connection (L1, L2, L3). An unrecognized phase sequence can lead to motors rotating in the wrong direction, damage to mechanical components, or unit malfunction, requiring immediate correction before operation.

• One or more incoming line phases (L1, L2, or L3) are missing or severely unbalanced during the power-up sequence.
• Incorrect or unstable incoming line voltage magnitude outside the MOVIFIT unit's specified operating range (e.g., below minimum voltage).
• High impedance or poor connection on the incoming power supply terminals, causing significant voltage drop during detection.
• Transient voltage sags or swells on the power line during the drive's initialization sequence.
• Internal hardware fault within the MOVIFIT unit's power detection circuitry or AC-DC converter section.

   Measure the incoming line voltages (L1-L2, L2-L3, L3-L1) at the MOVIFIT input terminals immediately after power-up using a true-RMS multimeter.

   Verify the stability of the incoming power supply by monitoring voltages over a short period to detect sags or swells using a power quality meter.

   Inspect all input power connections at the MOVIFIT unit, upstream contactors, and circuit breakers for tightness and corrosion.
