A Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) error has been detected in the actuator's data, indicating corruption during data transmission or storage. This can lead to unreliable control signals or unexpected behavior in the power unit, affecting motor control and system stability.
Click steps to track your progress.
Perform a complete power cycle of the drive system to reinitialize the power unit's internal memory and data.
Check the Drive-Cliq cable connection between the control unit and power unit for secure fit and any visible damage.
Back up the drive parameters (e.g., P0000 to P9999) and then perform a factory reset of the power unit, followed by reloading the parameters.
If parameters were just downloaded, attempt to re-download the parameter set to the power unit using the engineering software.
If the fault persists, consider updating the power unit's firmware to the latest version, which may include CRC handling improvements.
