The monitoring of the collector-emitter voltage (U_ce) in the power unit's semiconductors has detected an abnormal condition. This often indicates a short circuit at the power unit output, a defective IGBT, a problem with the IGBT gating module's power supply (24V), or an interrupted fiber-optic cable. This is a critical fault that can lead to immediate and severe damage to the power unit's IGBTs if not addressed.

Power off the drive and lock out. Disconnect all motor cables from the drive output terminals (U1, V1, W1).
Measure the resistance between each drive output terminal (U1, V1, W1) and protective earth (PE) using a multimeter (set to high resistance range).
Measure the resistance between each pair of drive output terminals (U1-V1, V1-W1, W1-U1); values should be high impedance.
Power on the drive with motor cables disconnected and observe if fault F30022 persists. If it does, the internal power unit is faulty.
If the fault clears with motor disconnected, perform an insulation resistance test (megger test) on the motor and motor cables.
Inspect the motor cables for physical damage, chafing, or signs of insulation breakdown along their entire length.
