This alarm indicates that the settings transferred to the inverter are not compatible with the device. This commonly occurs during maintenance after component replacement or firmware updates when configuration data is loaded from an Operator Panel. Continuing operation with incompatible settings can lead to unexpected behavior or failure of the drive.
Click steps to track your progress.
1. Verify the firmware version of the installed inverter (e.g., via parameter P0002) and compare it with the version of the parameter file.
2. Check the inverter's type code (e.g., via parameter P0001) and ensure it precisely matches the device from which the parameter backup was created.
3. Attempt to re-upload the parameter set using an alternative communication interface (e.g., USB port instead of Ethernet) to rule out communication issues.
4. Manually review critical configuration parameters (e.g., P0010, P0011 for basic settings) for any obvious discrepancies with the new hardware.
5. Perform a factory reset (e.g., setting P0010=30, P0970=1) and then load a known-good parameter set specifically designed for the inverter model and firmware version.
6. If the new Control Unit requires specific hardware definitions, load the appropriate hardware configuration file first before applying application parameters.
