The attempt to copy Safety Integrated (SI) parameters was rejected. This can happen if p9700 is not 0, or if safety functions (p9501, p9601) are active, preventing critical parameter changes. This can lead to an inconsistent or un-saved configuration, especially after modifying safety settings.
Click steps to track your progress.
Ensure parameter P9700 (Safety acknowledgement) is set to 0 before attempting to copy Safety Integrated parameters.
Deactivate all active safety functions (e.g., set P9501 to 0) temporarily, if permissible by the safety concept, before copying parameters.
Verify the drive is in a safe operating state (e.g., STO activated) if required by the system for parameter changes.
Check for and disable any write protection settings (e.g., P0003 or higher-level controller lock) that might prevent parameter changes.
Perform a power cycle of the drive and then retry the parameter copy operation after ensuring the above conditions are met.
