The temperature on the AC drive's power board has reached an elevated level, triggering an alarm before reaching a critical fault condition. This indicates that the board's temperature is approaching its fault limit, likely due to insufficient cooling or high ambient temperatures. Although not yet a fault, continuous operation under these conditions can lead to component degradation and eventual fault tripping.

1. Monitor the AC drive's power board temperature (e.g., P8-04) for trends and sudden increases.
2. Clean any dust from internal components and air paths of the drive, especially near the power board area.
3. Verify that all internal cooling fans are operational and rotate freely; listen for any unusual noises.
4. Ensure the ambient temperature inside the drive's enclosure is within the recommended operating range.
5. Reduce the motor load or operating frequency temporarily to observe if the board temperature decreases.
