An option board previously installed in slot D has been detected as removed from the drive. The functionalities associated with this specific option board are no longer accessible. This fault requires attention to either acknowledge the removal or reinstall the board.

1. Power down the drive and carefully re-insert the option board into Slot D, ensuring a secure connection.
2. Verify parameter P5-04 matches the option board type that should be installed in Slot D.
3. Perform a visual inspection of the option board and Slot D's connector for signs of damage or foreign objects.
4. Perform a full drive power cycle after re-inserting the board and observe if the fault clears.
5. If a spare, compatible option board is available, attempt its installation in Slot D to help diagnose the issue.
