Vacon · 100 FLOW Application Guide
An option board previously configured for slot A or B has been physically removed from the drive. This means the functionality provided by that specific option board is no longer available. This condition will persist until acknowledged or corrected.
Click steps to track your progress.
1. Power down the drive completely, then remove and re-insert the option board into the designated Slot A or Slot B, ensuring it is seated firmly.
2. Verify the option board's model number against the drive's compatibility list in the technical documentation.
3. Confirm that parameter P5-01 (for Slot A) or P5-02 (for Slot B) is correctly set to the specific option board type.
4. Inspect the option board connectors on both the drive and the board for bent pins, debris, or other physical damage.
5. If available, test with a known good, compatible option board in the same slot to determine if the issue is with the board or the drive slot.
