Vacon · 100 FLOW Application Guide
Maintenance counter 1 has exceeded its programmed alarm limit, indicating that scheduled maintenance is due or overdue for the component it monitors. This is an advisory alarm to prompt proactive maintenance activities. Ignoring this alarm could lead to component wear, reduced performance, or unexpected faults.
Click steps to track your progress.
1. Record the current value of Maintenance Counter 1 (P7-00) and the alarm limit (P7-01) for historical tracking.
2. Perform the scheduled preventative maintenance action for the component monitored by Maintenance Counter 1.
3. Reset Maintenance Counter 1 by setting parameter P7-00 to 0 (or by using a specific reset command via HMI or software).
4. Evaluate the alarm limit P7-01 and adjust it higher if the current setting is causing premature or frequent alarms.
5. Document the date and details of the maintenance performed in the equipment's service log.
