Auto-tuning did not finish within the set time, or the tuning result for leakage inductance fell outside the parameter setting range. This typically points to issues with motor wiring, preventing the drive from accurately determining motor inductance.
Click steps to track your progress.
1. Verify all motor nameplate data (rated current, voltage, frequency) against drive parameters (P2-01, P2-02, P2-04). Correct any discrepancies.
2. Inspect and tighten connections at the drive output terminals (U/T1, V/T2, W/T3) and motor terminal box. Check for corrosion or loose strands.
3. Ensure the motor is physically disconnected from any mechanical load during the auto-tuning process.
4. With motor disconnected, measure inductance between motor phases (U-V, V-W, W-U) using an LCR meter, if available. Values should be balanced within 5%.
5. Re-run auto-tuning (e.g., using parameter H3-02 = 1 or 2). If the fault persists, consider a factory reset (A1-03 = 2220) and re-enter parameters.
