kVA Selection Error

What does OPE01 mean?

An Operator Programming Error occurs when the Drive's kVA setting is incorrect, usually after a control board replacement. The Drive will not operate until this parameter is corrected.

• Control board replaced without correctly setting the kVA (or drive size) parameter for the specific power section, resulting in a mismatch.
• Incorrect dip switch setting or internal jumper configuration on the control board for kVA selection, not matching the drive's physical rating.
• Parameter (e.g., A1-02, or an internal diagnostic code) that defines the drive's kVA rating was manually misconfigured.
• Firmware mismatch or corruption after a control board replacement leading to misinterpretation of kVA settings.
• Control board incompatibility with the installed power section.
