Yaskawa · E7 Drive
An Operator Programming Error due to duplicate multi-function input selections, conflicting up/down commands, or simultaneous speed search from maximum frequency and set frequency. The Drive will not operate until parameters are corrected.
Click steps to track your progress.
1. Review all multi-function input parameters (e.g., H1-01 to H1-08) and ensure no two inputs are assigned the exact same function. If duplicates exist, reassign one.
2. Check for conflicting commands, such as both 'Up' (e.g., H1-01=10) and 'Down' (e.g., H1-02=11) speed commands being selected simultaneously. Ensure only one is active at a time.
3. Verify the conditions under which speed search (e.g., parameter H5-01) is initiated, ensuring it does not conflict with active frequency commands or limits (C0-01, C0-02).
4. Disconnect all external control wiring from the multi-function input terminals (S1-Sx) and observe if the fault clears. Reconnect one by one to identify the source of conflict.
5. Use the drive's monitoring function (e.g., U1-xx) to check the real-time status of each digital input terminal and identify which inputs are asserted.
