EF0

Option Card External Fault

Yaskawa · iQpump1000

What does EF0 mean?

An external fault condition is present, received from the PLC via an option card. Depending on parameter F6-03, this condition may either stop the drive (F6-03 ≠ 3, page 254) or allow it to continue running as a minor fault (F6-03 = 3, page 273). This indicates an external issue communicated to the drive.

Common Causes

  • External fault signal received from the PLC via the option card
  • Problem with the PLC program generating an unintended external fault signal
