For a NextMove e100, it means a drive has disappeared from the network. Unresolved, this can lead to loss of control over the remote axis and system instability.

• Intermittent or broken EtherCAT communication cable (e.g., CAT5e/CAT6) between the Master Node and Client Node.
• Incorrect EtherCAT network configuration (e.g., Master Node not mapping expected PDOs from Client Node).
• Client Node (drive) power cycling or temporary power loss causing it to drop off the network.
