Controller over-temperature (_ecOVER_TEMPERATURE)
ABB · ACS850 Standard Program Firmware
¿Qué significa 30001 ?
The drive's internal temperature sensor has detected a dangerously high temperature, exceeding the model-dependent TEMPERATURELIMITFATAL threshold (e.g., 80°C for e190 3A/e180, 75°C for e190 6A/9A). Sustained over-temperature operation can severely reduce the lifespan of electronic components and lead to drive failure.
Causas comunes
- Insufficient cooling airflow through the drive's enclosure due to blocked vents or failed internal fan.
- Ambient operating temperature within the control cabinet exceeding the drive's maximum rated temperature.
- Drive operating continuously above its nominal output current, leading to excessive internal heat generation.
- Malfunctioning internal temperature sensor providing inaccurate readings.
- Nearby heat sources (e.g., other drives, transformers) radiating excessive heat onto the drive.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
1. Clear any obstructions from the drive's ventilation openings and heatsink fins using compressed air (power off first).
- 2
2. Measure the temperature inside the control cabinet at the drive's location with a calibrated thermometer.
- 3
3. Monitor the drive's internal temperature via parameter (e.g., P9-01) and compare it against the specified limits.
- 4
4. Verify the operation of the internal cooling fan by visual inspection of blade rotation or listening for fan noise.
- 5
5. Reduce the motor's average current draw by optimizing motion profile or adjusting motor parameters (e.g., P1-03).
- 6
6. Check for proper cabinet ventilation, including functioning exhaust fans and clean air filters.
