DC UNDERVOLT

ABB · ACS800

¿Qué significa 3220 ?

The intermediate circuit DC voltage in the ABB ACS800 drive is insufficient. The DC undervoltage trip limit is 0.6 × 1.35 × U1min, where U1min is the minimum supply voltage. For 400V and 500V units (U1min = 380V), the trip level is 307V DC; for 690V units (U1min = 525V), it's 425V DC.

Causas comunes

  • Missing supply voltage phase or imbalanced input phases to the drive.
  • Blown fuses in the main supply line to the drive.
  • Insufficient incoming line voltage or a significant voltage sag.
  • Internal fault within the rectifier bridge of the drive.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

Check the main supply voltage at the drive input terminals and verify all three phases are present and balanced.

  2. 2

Inspect all input fuses for continuity and replace any blown fuses with the correct rating.

  3. 3

Verify the connections from the main supply to the drive's input terminals for looseness or corrosion.

  4. 4

If the issue persists after external checks, suspect an internal rectifier bridge fault and contact an ABB service representative.
