DNP3 10K events are enabled simultaneously with Recipe/Data Log functionality in the user program. This is a non-user fault, indicating an unsupported configuration combination within the controller's firmware that prevents both features from operating concurrently.

• Both DNP3 10K events bit (S:36/11) and Recipe/Data Log configuration are enabled in the user program.
• Conflicting feature activation in the controller's firmware that cannot be resolved automatically.

   Remove Recipe/Data Log configuration from the user program when the DNP3 10K events bit (S:36/11) is set, then reload and enter Run mode.
