¿Qué significa F105 ?

The control module was detected to be disconnected from the power module while power was still applied to the drive. This "hot-swapping" action can lead to parameter corruption, damage to the control module, or damage to the power module due to sudden power cycling of sensitive electronics.

• The control module was removed or became dislodged from the power module while mains power (e.g., L1, L2, L3) was still applied to the drive.
• Vibration or mechanical shock caused the control module to momentarily lose connection with the power module during operation.
• Loose or damaged connectors between the control module and the power module, leading to intermittent contact.
• Internal failure of the power module or control module detection circuitry.
• Incorrect reassembly after maintenance, where the control module was not fully seated before applying power.

   1. COMPLETELY remove all mains and control power from the drive (e.g., 24VDC) for at least 5 minutes to allow internal capacitors to discharge.

   2. Power down the drive, then firmly push the control module into the power module until it is fully seated and secured (e.g., using retaining clips).

   3. Inspect the module interconnect pins and sockets between the control and power modules for bent pins, debris, or corrosion.
