• Electrical noise or interference affecting the encoder signals.
• Faulty encoder hardware or sensor components.
• Incorrect wiring or termination of the encoder signals.

   Inspect the cabling for encoder 1 for physical damage, proper shielding, and secure connections at both the encoder and the drive.
