• Electrical noise or interference affecting the measuring encoder signals.
• Faulty measuring encoder hardware or sensor components.
• Incorrect wiring or termination of the measuring encoder signals.

   Inspect the cabling for the measuring encoder for physical damage, proper shielding, and secure connections at both the encoder and the drive.
