E8025
Overvoltage in power section
Bosch Rexroth · IndraDrive C Drive Controllers
¿Qué significa E8025 ?
The DC bus voltage in the drive's power section has exceeded its maximum allowable limit. This is typically caused by regenerated energy from the motor that cannot be dissipated.
Causas comunes
- Regenerative energy from the motor (e.g., during deceleration or braking) is exceeding the drive's capacity to absorb or dissipate it.
- Braking resistor either open-circuited, not connected, or undersized for the application.
- Faulty braking chopper circuit within the drive.
- Incoming AC mains overvoltage (see E2815).
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Verify the braking resistor connections and measure its resistance to ensure it is within specifications. Check for an open circuit.
- 2
Check the braking resistor's power rating and ensure it is adequately sized for the application's regenerative energy.
- 3
Increase deceleration ramps (longer braking times) in the motion profile to reduce the peak regenerative energy.
- 4
Check the functionality of the internal braking chopper. If the fault persists, it may indicate a defective drive.
