Out of frequency range
Danfoss · VLT 2800 Variable Speed Drive
¿Qué significa 33 ?
The output frequency has reached either the low limit (parameter 201) or high limit (parameter 202). This warning indicates the drive is operating at its frequency boundaries, potentially unable to maintain the desired process speed. It activates in the display unless in 'Process regulation, closed loop' mode, where it only sets a status bit.
Causas comunes
- Process demand requires a motor speed (and thus frequency) outside the configured minimum (P201) or maximum (P202) output frequency limits.
- Reference signal (analog input, fieldbus, keypad) is commanding a frequency value beyond the set limits (P201 or P202).
- Auto-tuning process attempting to operate outside the defined frequency range during motor characterization.
- Ramp parameters (acceleration P207, deceleration P208) are too aggressive, causing the drive to hit frequency limits during transitions.
- Mechanical load issues (e.g., binding, excessive friction) preventing the motor from reaching the commanded speed, leading to constant operation at a frequency limit.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Verify the commanded frequency reference value (e.g., analog input voltage/current, fieldbus command) is within the expected operating range.
- 2
Check and adjust drive parameters P201 (minimum frequency) and P202 (maximum frequency) to match the required process operating range.
- 3
Review and potentially increase acceleration (P207) and deceleration (P208) ramp times if the drive is hitting limits during speed changes.
- 4
If using a PID controller, check PID tuning parameters (e.g., P, I, D gains) to prevent overshooting or undershooting the setpoint, which could drive the frequency to limits.
- 5
Inspect the mechanical system for binding, excessive load, or other issues that might prevent the motor from reaching or maintaining the desired speed.
- 6
Verify the analog input scaling parameter (e.g., P502 for 0-10V, P503 for 4-20mA) matches the connected control signal and desired frequency range.
