AMA interrupted by user
Danfoss · VLT HVAC Drive High Power
¿Qué significa 56 ?
The Automatic Motor Adaptation (AMA) routine was manually interrupted before completion. This means the drive did not fully characterize the motor, and subsequent operation may not be optimized.
Causas comunes
- A manual stop command was issued to the drive during the AMA routine (e.g., via digital input, control panel).
- The drive's power supply was interrupted or cycled during the AMA process.
- An emergency stop (E-stop) or safety interlock was activated while AMA was running.
- An external control system (PLC/DCS) sent a premature stop signal to the drive.
- Drive input signal (e.g., for run/stop) was inadvertently toggled during AMA.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
1. Ensure no stop commands or emergency stop signals are active before initiating AMA (check DI status in monitoring menu).
- 2
2. Verify stable and continuous power supply to the drive throughout the AMA process (monitor line voltage).
- 3
3. Initiate AMA again and allow it to complete without any user intervention or external control actions.
- 4
4. Check the configuration of digital inputs (e.g., P5-10 to P5-15) to ensure no unintended stop functions are active.
- 5
5. If an external controller is used, review its logic to confirm it does not send stop commands prematurely during AMA.
