EXCESS ERROR (MOVING)
Fanuc · Series 0i-MODEL F Plus Parameter
¿Qué significa SV0411 ?
This servo alarm is generated when the positioning deviation for an axis exceeds the limit set in parameter 1828 while the axis is in motion. This causes an immediate stop of operation, similar to an emergency stop. An incorrect setting of parameter 1828 can lead to machine or workpiece damage, as it defines the maximum permissible tracking error during movement.
Causas comunes
- The moving axis has exceeded its allowed operational limits or velocity profile.
- Encoder feedback indicates a position error during motion.
- Motor overspeed or unexpected acceleration detected.
- Tracking error exceeds tolerance while in motion.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

- 1
Verify the value set in parameter 1828 (Positioning deviation limit for each axis in movement) for the affected axis.
- 2
Ensure parameter 1828 is set to the rapid traverse rate plus a suitable margin. Refer to parameter No. 1420 for the maximal feedrate and parameter No. 1825 for actual servo loop gains when calculating the correct value for the axis.
