¿Qué significa F434 ?

The emergency stop switch (E-Stop) has been pressed, causing the drive to perform the emergency stop function selected in P-0-0119 (Best possible deceleration). Setting bit 15 of S-0-0011 (Class 1 diagnostics) also causes an error message to be issued to the controller.

  • The emergency stop switch has been pressed.
  • A fault in the E-Stop circuit is simulating an E-Stop activation.

    Identify and verify that all emergency stop buttons and safety gates in the system are released and in their normal, unactuated state.

    Inspect the wiring of the emergency stop circuit for any short circuits or faults that might simulate an E-Stop activation, checking continuity and insulation.

    Verify the functionality of the emergency stop relays and safety modules (if present) by checking their input and output statuses.

  4. 4

    Ensure parameter P-0-0119 (Best possible deceleration) in the Indramat DIAX04 SSE-03VRS drive controller is set appropriately for the application's safety requirements.

  5. 5

    Once the cause of activation is resolved, acknowledge and clear the error from the Indramat DIAX04 SSE-03VRS drive controller.
