¿Qué significa 26104 ?

This error indicates an axis overloaded condition, where the mean continuous current is too high. It can occur during start-up due to excessive load in the program or during operation due to system modifications or temperature influences.

• Excessive mechanical load in the program during start-up.
• Modifications to the system increasing axis load during operation.
• Elevated ambient temperature influencing motor/drive performance.
• Program velocity set too high for the current load conditions.
• Insufficient CBS pressure (likely related to braking or counterbalancing).
• Mechanical issues within the gear unit.

   Reinitialize the drive bus by performing a Power Off / Power On cycle.

   Check the trace recording of the axis/current to analyze load patterns and peaks.
