26107

Intermediate circuit voltage too high, KPP/KSP (axis)

Kuka · KR C4 Controller

¿Qué significa 26107 ?

This fault occurs when the DC link voltage in the intermediate circuit rises above its specified operating limit during operation. This often results from regenerative energy feedback into the DC bus during braking, or an issue with the mains supply voltage.

Causas comunes

  • Excessive regenerative energy generated during braking, overloading the braking resistor/chopper.
  • Mains voltage supplied to the drive exceeding the permissible input range.
  • Failure or malfunction of the ballast switch (braking chopper) or braking resistor.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

Analyze the trace recording of the intermediate circuit voltage to observe voltage peaks and frequency.

  2. 2

Measure the incoming mains voltage at the drive input terminals to verify it is within specifications.

  3. 3

Check the functionality and connections of the ballast switch and external braking resistor.

  4. 4

Reduce the deceleration rates or load during braking phases in the program.

  5. 5

Reinitialize the drive bus by performing a Power Off / Power On cycle.
