The charging process for the intermediate DC circuit has failed. This indicates an issue preventing the DC bus from reaching its operational voltage during start-up or after a power cycle, affecting drive readiness.

• The KPP/KSP drive failed to charge its internal DC intermediate circuit.
• Problem with the pre-charge resistor or relay.
• Main power supply is not connected or is too low.
• Internal short circuit preventing charging.
• Control signal for charging circuit is missing.
